Visitation will be 12 - 2 p.m. Friday, May 9 at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri. Contributions to Unleashed Pet Rescue in Mission, Kansas. Daniel Shane Patch, age 44 of Overland Park, Kansas died Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in Steens, Mississippi. He was born January 22, 1981 to Daniel Dean and Kathy Elizabeth Thomas Patch in Kansas City, Kansas.
Shane is survived by his wife, Amber Patch of Overland Park, Kansas; parents, Kathy Patch and husband Daniel of Shawnee, Kansas; sister, Danielle Wright and husband Khris of Overland Park, Kansas; niece, Kristen Bradley and husband Connor; father-in-law, Burt Balke and wife Shellie; mother-in-law, Lori Hanzlick and husband Darin; sister-in-law, Jessica Craig and husband John; nephew, Grayson Craig; sister-in-law, Amanda Kilgore and husband Eddie; niece, Palmer Kilgore; and sister-in-law, Megan Lynch. Shane was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and Uncle Joe.

So very sorry for the loss of Shane. He will be missed. Lots of memories were shared with Shane. He was a very Talented Technician and will be missed amongst friends and our work community as well.
