Daniel Joseph See, age 61 of Acorn Drive, Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022. Born on May 3, 1961, in Petersburg, WV, he was a son of Mary Lou Whetzel See of Moorefield, WV and the late Waldo Neff See. He had retired from Pilgrims’ Pride and Kuykendall’s Garage. He attended Believers Victory Center. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Marie Wratchford.
Daniel never knew a stranger and he considered everyone family. Most days, he enjoyed just being home working around the house. But he spent much more of his time working on his old cars so he could attend those much-loved car shows. His four-legged friends, his pug and his cats, were his faithful sidekicks.
Surviving is his wife of 42 years, Karen Sue Arnold See; two sons, Joseph Daniel (Lynn) See of Walkersville, MD and Andrew Franklin (fiancé Lucy Martinez) See of Baker, WV; a brother, Ricky B. (Audrea) See of Moorefield, WV; grandchildren, Vincent “Hiccup” Morris, Bentley White, Caisam White & Cheyenne Wheeler and a special brother-in-law, Gary Arnold.
Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Jack Bosley officiant. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Gardens, Route 55, Moorefield. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of services on Saturday. Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
