Daniel Danny Tyree

Daniel Lee "Danny" Tyree, 67, of Ensley, Fla., died June 29, 2022, at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, following a brief illness.
Mr. Tyree was born Dec. 4, 1954, in Escambia County, Fla., to Rease Lee Tyree and Connie Mae Byrd Tyree. He was a 1972 graduate of Century High School. During his working career, as a young man Mr. Tyree was employed by Alger-Sullivan Lumber Company and later Jim Walter Doors. He advanced from the sawmill portion to later over the truck drivers as safety director. He worked in that capacity for several decades for various trucking companies in the area including J.R.'s Trucking in Barnett Crossroads, JMar Trucking in Atmore and Express One Trucking in Brewton. After moving to the Pensacola area, he was employed by Pepsi Bottling Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Verna Ruth Tyree Wood; five half-brothers, Ralph Hawthorne, Cecil Hawthorne, Wilburn Lee Tyree, Willard Tyree and Robert Buford "Bob" Tyree; and two half-sisters, Earline Hawthorne Mitchell and Mary Magdalene Tyree Padgett.
Mr. Tyree is survived by three daughters, Daphne (Jeremy) Pridgen, Tonya (Matt) Rolin and Dani (David) Grant, all of Flomaton; Half-brother- Leon (Peggy) Hawthorne of Brewton, Alabama, Half-Sister- Ouida Richards of Pensacola, Florida; Grandchildren- Deston (Liz) Taylor, Colby Taylor, Remington Boutwell, Ridge Boutwell, River Boutwell, Asher Grant; Great-grandchildren:
Graveside Services are scheduled for Saturday morning July 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant Home Cemetery with Phillip Deane officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Home Cemetery Brewton, Alabama with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton, Alabama Directing.
