Daniel Vasquez went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2024, at the age of 69.
Private services will be held for the immediate family.
Daniel was born May 24, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Alberto and Manuela Vasquez, and was the 5th of 7 children. He graduated high school and joined the United States Marine Corps and proudly served for 10 years. While in the service he married the love of his life, Diana Vasquez on October 28, 1983 and went on to have two children Daniel Jr. and Danelle.
Upon being discharged in 1984, he worked many jobs until he went on to find his passion working on ranches and caring for cattle for the next 30 years of his life.
Daniel was the most loving and proud husband, father and grandpa. He will be most remembered for his love of his family, his love for the United Stated Marine Corps, his jokes, his love of sweets, his guidance, his story telling, his strong will and so much more.
Daniel is preceded in death by his parents Alberto Vasquez and Manuela E. Vasquez along with his sister Teresa Vasquez Cavazos.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Diana B. Vasquez; son, Daniel Vasquez Jr. and wife Victoria; daughter, Danelle Vasquez Swindall and husband, Tramain; along with his grandchildren, Alijah, Destiny, Madeleine, Nora and Daniel III.
