Daniel Joseph Wasky

Daniel Joseph Wasky, age 32 of Scott Twp, passed away on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 after a long battle with addiction that he fought so hard to overcome.
Daniel cherished the time he spent with his family. His nieces and nephews were the ones who brought him the biggest smiles, joy and silly side. He was a talented artist and enjoyed his career in painting. He had a big heart and would help anyone, even when he couldn't help himself.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his parents, Robert and Margaret Wasky, his brothers, David, Bobby (Stacy) and Michael (Janet) Wasky, his sister, Christine Trout and his twin sister and best friend, Danielle (Dave) Greco. Also survived by his thirteen nieces and nephews who adored Uncle Dan or 'Fuji', Grandmother Della Pierce and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
"People will never truly understand something until it happens to them. Dealing with your own or a loved one's addiction is all-consuming. We can't expect everyone to understand. We just ask for less judgment, shaming and stigma. And, for those who are not affected with addiction in their lives be thankful that you don't have to understand." – Unknown
Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUER-FRYER. Friends and Family are welcome at 430 Washington Pike., Bridgeville, 412-221-3800 on Tuesday 2PM-7:30PM, where a service will be held Tuesday at 7:30PM.
