Danielle Kim Driscoll

Danielle Kim Driscoll, 55 of Woodbridge VA, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Sentara Hospital in Woodbridge, with her beloved son Dylan by her side. Born in Post Jefferson, NY where she lived until leaving to attend College of the Holy Cross (her father's alma mater), where she graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Furthering her education she earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington, TX, 1991. Danielle devoted most of her life to Social Work from 1991 onward focusing on families and children in particular, those populations at high risk and the vulnerable. The last several years, Danielle had also been caring for her elderly father, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's and dementia so he could remain in his home.
Danielle is survived by her son Dylan 18 years old, her parents Robert (93) and Barbara (88) Driscoll, her siblings David Driscoll, Jodi Bartie and her husband Jim, SuZanne and her husband Jimmy Stremich, Steven Driscoll and his wife Sue, as well as many nieces and nephews, and her father's sister Jeanne Driscoll.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, March 12 at 2pm at Mountcastle Turch Life Celebration Home at 13318 Occoquan Rd., Woodbridge, VA 22191.
