Danny Caryl Boldman

BOLDMAN - Danny Caryl Boldman, 74, of Kingsland Ga., formerly of Urbana, Ohio, passed suddenly Aug. 22, 2025. He was battling lung cancer at the time of his death.
Danny was a 1969 graduate of Urbana High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Marines. He grew up hunting and fishing with his dad, which was a big part of his life. He moved to Georgia in 1985. He married Shelly Coffman, also of Urbana, Ohio, in 1991. They were together for 42 years and were married for 34 of those.
Danny worked as a brick mason for more than 40 years. He bricked many beautiful homes in and around Camden County. One of his most prominent contributions to his community – the stone fireplace for the Cracker Barrel in Kingsland – has been enjoyed by residents and travelers alike for many years. He was forced to retire in 2010 after his second stroke.
Danny is survived by his loving wife, Shelly; dad, Caryl Boldman; sisters, Carolyn Ferryman (Jack), Ana Myers (Keith McCulla) and Beverly Greene; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends; and neighbors, Darin and Jenna Collins, and Ronnie and Roxane Swindell.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Boldman; brother, David Boldman; and sisters, Sharon Boldman and Diana Ferrell.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Arrangements will be determined at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Danny's name to the American Cancer Society.
