Danny Tucker Glenn

Danny Tucker Glenn, 86, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in San Angelo.
Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Fairmount Cemetery with Rev. Truman Johnson, retired Baptist minister, officiating, under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Glenn was born August 10, 1939 in San Angelo to Dan and Vada Glenn. Danny was a life long resident of San Angelo graduating from Central High School. After high school Danny began working and never stopped. He worked for Mustang Chevrolet and later at Ethicon as a machinist for 20 plus years. Danny was always in his garage, building or fixing cars. He spent his life working on vehicles, building race cars, fixing cars, and he lived his best life on the racetrack, where Karen was right alongside him for it all.
Danny met the love of his life Karen Hudson in 1976. They spent the next 49 years happy together. They made many memories from the racetrack, watching Dawn grow up, and just enjoying life.
Danny is survived by Karen Hudson of San Angelo; her daughter, Dawn Hooper and husband MIke of San Angelo; Dawn's son, Ty Hooper and wife Peyton and their son, Ryder of Lubbock; Dawn's daughter, Madi Hooper of Yukon, Oklahoma; a niece, Valerie Warneke and husband Jamey of Grand Prairie; a great niece, Jenna Warneke of Grand Prairie and a great nephew, Ryan Warneke of Grand Prairie. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Gloria Sheffield, and a nephew, Doyle Sheffield.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sagecrest and The Spring for all they have done to make this past year the most comfortable fo Danny.
