Danny Joe Idles, age 72, passed away on Monday March 3, 2025 at his home in Clinton, Tennessee surrounded by his family. Danny was born in Briceville, Tennessee on July 17, 1952, to the late Henry and Nellie Idles. Danny had many hobbies including bowling, working outside and loved fishing. But his main hobby was just working hard.
Along with his parents Danny is preceded in death by his brothers: Charles, Jim, Donald and Steve Idles. Sister: Denise Golden. Danny is survived by his wife of 52 years Viola Idles, Son Danny Idles and Kimberly Hunley, Daughter Aleisha Bullock and husband Sam. Brother Vic Idles and Sister Charlette Carter. Grandchildren Abbigail Idles, Danny Idles, Jayden Bullock and Issac Bullock.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm with the funeral following at 7pm with Rev. Larry Noe and Tim Massingill officiating. The family will gather on Friday March 7 at Jones Mortuary at 11:15am for a 12:00pm graveside at Glen Foust Cemetery in Rocky Top, Tennessee.
