Danny Lee Klemetson

Danny Lee Klemetson, age 51, of Hiawassee passed away on December 27, 2025. Danny was born on November 12, 1974 to the late Arlyn and Nancy (Anderson) Klemetson in Glens Falls, New York. Danny grew up in Gansevoort, New York, and it was where he met the love of his life of 34-years and wife of 18-years, Heidi Klemetson. He was a loving husband and a wonderful father. Danny worked as a carpenter, and was known for his craftsmanship and MacGyver-like skills. He had an affinity for the outdoors, and spent many beautiful days fishing on his boat with his favorite dog Buggie. He was cherished by many, and will be greatly missed. 

Danny is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Roxanne Taylor Klemetson. He is survived by his wife, Heidi Klemetson; and daughter, Shaylin Klemetson and her girlfriend Meghan Ledford; his niece Kayla Taylor and nephew Kyler Taylor. A celebration of life will take place in the near future.
