Danny Ledford, 68, of Valdese, NC, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at his residence.
Danny was born in Michigan, on August 11, 1956, to the late Juanita and Ralph Ledford. He was member of Vesper Lodge No. 554, A.F.&A.M. in Spruce Pine, NC. Danny was a regional manager with Quality Oil, where he was loved by his employees, and with whom he retired after many years of dedicated service. He always enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach. Most of all, Danny loved and adored his granddaughters, who were the light of his life. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his step father, Joe Ledford; and a brother, Gary Ledford.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Elizabeth Ledford; a son, Coty Ledford (Whitney); a step son, Christopher McKinney; three sisters, Diane Bowman (Quinton), Debbie Weaver (Barry), and Lisa Suttles (Jeff); three brothers, Ronnie Ledford (Janet), Allen Ledford (Kathy), and Joey Ledford (Sheila); two granddaughters, Harper & Magnolia Ledford; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Beam Funeral Service. A private family graveside service will follow.
