Danny Moore Obituary
Mr. Moore served our country and Vietnam in the US Navy. He was a member of the VFW Post 2740. He retired from the US Postal Service. Danny was a longtime member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Mr. Moore is survived by his sister, Nancy Moore Fox of Hixson, TN; his niece, Lisa Anderson; his nephew, Scott Fox; and special friends, Tina Young and Travis Croom.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Clements Funeral Chapel in Durham, officiated by Pastor Derek Ketner. The family will receive friends from 1:00- 2:00 pm, prior to service. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Liberty Baptist Church 3864 Guess Road Durham, NC 27705.
The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. in Durham. Online condolences may be sent to www.clementsfuneralservice.com.
