Danny Peters Obituary
in his home. He was 74 years old.
He was a proud graduate of Freedom High School, class
of 1969. He was the son of the late Elliot and Elizabeth â\x80\x9cBettyâ\x80\x9d Peters. Danny was an avid
golfer and Eagles fan. He was employed by Apollo Metals for 30 years, retiring in 2020.
He is survived by his children, Dana Huber (Eric), Rachel Peters (Natalia), and Alyssa Sherrill;
grandchildren, Sawyer Huber and Gannon Huber; brothers, Terry (Debbie) and Jim
(Christine); and five nephews. Services will be private.

I will miss you Danny very much. You were my first boyfriend in high school and we had some great times together.
I will never hear the song "My Girl" without remembering you singing it too me.
We reconnected about 10 years ago, and you texted every morning along with my sister, Mary.
I will miss your greetings, the cartoons, your golf scores, your kindness.
I know you helped so many people with their demons. I also know from our talks that you had a very strong faith. I´m sure you are resting in heaven with your mom and dad. I will pray for you and hope you will keep cheering for us down here. Much love dear friend

I am so sad about the passing of my dear friend Danny. I have received a daily positive message from Danny for many years & will miss him dearly. I have known Danny since high school & when he was the lead singer in the Reflections. Danny was one of the kindest & positive people I know. We both shared our passion for the Eagles!

I am completely shocked and upset about Danny´s passing. He was a great friend and classmate. He actually was a friend of my brother Art, who was a year younger than me. Danny would hang out at our house all through school.
He was also a diehard Eagle fan and we often made jokes because I am a diehard Dolphin fan.
Rest in Peace, my dear friend. You are so loved and you will be so missed. Until we meet again....
