Danny Joe Seals

Danny Joe Seals, 65, of Perry, GA, passed away on March 5, 2025. Born on August 12, 1959, in Macon, GA, Danny was the beloved son of the late Charles and Shirley (Mimbs) Seals.
After graduating from high school, Danny pursued higher education and earned his bachelor's degree. He went on to have a fulfilling career as a Flight Director at Robins Air Force Base, where he dedicated many years of service before retiring.
Danny was blessed to share his life with his beloved wife, Penny (Lorenz) Seals. Together, they built a loving family and raised two children, Samantha and Daniel. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his time with family.
A true outdoorsman, Danny found joy in nature, particularly in hunting and fishing. His love for the outdoors was only surpassed by his deep and abiding faith in the Lord. A dedicated member of Cross Point Baptist Church in Perry, GA, Danny lived his life with a strong spiritual foundation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Shirley Seals, and his precious granddaughter, Kinleigh Jo Turk.
Danny leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his wife, Penny Seals; daughter, Samantha Seals Turk (Michael) of Perry, GA; son, Stephen Daniel Seals (Crystal) of Kathleen, GA; and his beloved grandchildren, Carson, Brady, Tate, Abel, Noah, Lakyn, and Mayleigh Jo.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Cross Point Baptist Church, with a service following at 2:00pm. Pastor Trevor McCullough will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, Danny's wishes were for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
Danny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
