JOHNSON CITY - Mrs. Dare Lucinda Bennett, 94, Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully Monday, October 7, 2024 at NHC Healthcare
Lucindia retired from Thomas Industries in 1992 after 33 years of service. She was a member of Piney Grove FWB and also attended True Gospel FWB where her husband pastored.
She is preceded in death by parents Daniel & Julia Presnell. 1st husband Lionel Guy; 2nd husband Blake Ray; five brothers and one sister; and last husband Charlie Bennett
Lucindia is survived by daughter Shirley Leach; two sons Jesse Guy, and Darrell Guy; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister Lois Presnell; brother Roy Presnell
The Family of Dare Bennett will receive friends Friday October 18, 2024, from 5-7 PM at Morris Baker Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 PM. A graveside service will be Saturday October 19, 2024, at 11 AM at Beech Creek Cemetery in Beech Creek NC Near (Watauga Lake). Officiating the services will be Rev. Richard Shepherd.
