He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Albert Kipker; and sons, Josh and Jacob Kipker.
Survivors include his children, Jennifer Bellot (Chase), Winter Guess, and Stephanie Kipker; brother, Randell Kipker; and grandchildren, Tallon, Emma, Meadow, Hunter, Brodye, Brooklynn, Connor, Bailey, Phoenix, Emberly, and Caleigh.
