Darla was a dedicated homemaker, raising her children and supporting their growth while also contributing to the family farm. Her passion for hard work was evident, whether she was serving patrons at Tony’s Pizza or later at Knaus Cheese in Rogersville, where she continued until her retirement in 2023.
Darla was a member of Union-Congregational Church in Waupun, WI. Music was one of Darla's cherished pastimes, and she often shared her love of melodies with family and friends.

She is also survived by her siblings Kim (Jim) Lemmenes, Kris (John) Griffin, Calvin Jr. Ter Beest (Kathy), and Cathy (Mark) Schoenweitz, along with many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her loving spirit.
Darla was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Sr. and Donna, and her grandparents: Clarence and Henreitta Glewen and Cornelius and Minnie; and aunt Linda Barfield.
