Darlene Antonson Obituary
"Dar" Antonson, Age 89 of Bloomington, passed away peacefully at her home on March 9. 2025. Preceded in death by her loving husband Donald in 2015. Survived by: sons, Mark (Carol), Jeffrey, and daughter, Tracy (Jeff) Reiland; grandchildren Matt (Nikki), Kyle (Erica), Alex, Luke, and Toni; great-grandchildren Evelyn, Ryker and Elliot.
Dar was born in Belle Plaine, MN to Anthony and Anne Soller on June 12, 1935. She moved to Minneapolis and met the love of her life, Don. They were married in 1956 and moved to Bloomington. Darlene worked as a caregiver at the Minnesota Masonic Home and for the City of Bloomington. Darlene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Dar loved to go to the cabin on Lake Francis, she loved to travel, and -especially- spend time with her family and friends.
Memorial Mass 12.30PM Wednesday March 19 at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church 9900 Lyndale Ave S. Bloomington, MN 55420. Visitation one hour prior. Burial at a later date. Memorials preferred to Nativity of Mary or Park Nicollet Hospice. A special thank you to Park Nicollet Hospice nurses for their excellent care.
