Darlene Davis Obituary
Darlene was a daughter of the late James Edward and Thelma Peterson Bristol. She graduated from The Newfound School, Class of 1976. Darlene was employed for 27 years with Memorial Mission Hospital.
Darlene was a quiet source of strength and inspiration for many. She enjoyed live music, reading books, spending time with friends and family, a good joke, and seeing new places. Darlene always had an open door, a listening ear, and the truth for everyone. She will me missed by family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, George, Howard, and Thomas; sister, Jennifer; beloved grandson, Jhakar Horace.
Darlene is survived by husband, Horace M. Davis, Jr.; sons, Davaion Bristol, Heath Bristol, Sr., and Horace M. Davis, III; bonus son, Wendell Hearst; grandchilden, Davaion Paul Bristol, Katera Bristol, Heath Bristol, Jr., Success Bristol, Envy Bristol, Horus Davis, Halo Davis; sister, Zanie Davidson (Thomas); sister-in-law, Diane Murray; brother-in-law, Robert Davis; and a host of neices and nephews, cousins, and friends.
