Darlene Carol “Mousie” (Gammon) Stivers, age 57, of New Castle, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Earl P. and Emmaline (Mahoney) Gammon.

Graveside Memorial Service: 2 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at New Castle Cemetery Pavilion, with Jamie Tingle officiating.
