She was a "lunch lady" at Phalen Lake Elementary for over 25 years. She retired early to care for her Husband Bob who was suffering from ALS ( Lou Gehrig's disease).
Darlene was a strong, amazing woman with a big heart who is loved and cherished by many whose lives she touched. She was first and foremost a humble servant of the Lord and she cherished her Christian faith deeply, which was exemplified by her everyday actions of love and service to others. She will be missed more than words could express, but we have faith and joy in knowing we will be reunited with her one day in Heaven for eternity.
