Darlene Wescott

Darlene Wescott, 69, of Dayton, passed away on December 8, 2025. Darlene was born September 16, 1956 to Gail and Ruth Trumbull in Dayton, Kentucky. Darlene dedicated more than 40 years to her work as a legal secretary, but her greatest joy was always found at home, caring for the people she loved. She cherished every moment spent with her family, and those times together were the heart of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Wescott, father, Gail Trumbull, mother, Ruth Trumbull, sister, Karen Farrell, and brother, Gail Trumbull. Darlene is survived by her daughters, Rena (Robert) Flannery, Regina (Richard) Parks, and Regan Reynolds, sister, Leslie Grow, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Friday, December 12, 2025 at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 241 Fairfield Ave. Bellevue, Kentucky. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will take place at Alexandria Cemetery.
