Darlene Wold Obituary
Darlene Wold, age 83, of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Darlene was born on December 15, 1939, to Frank and Agnes (Duvall) Toy. She graduated from Prairie Farm High School in 1958. Darlene married Dennis Wold on October 3, 1959, from this union she was blessed with 5 children: John, Jeff, Jerry, Rick, and Denise. Darlene later found her soulmate Richard Colins and they made their home in Chippewa Falls.
She loved cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, playing Farkel and many card games. She liked to garden and watch the birds. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; and soulmate, Richard Colins.
She is survived by, her sons, John (Laurie) Wold, Jeff (Vivia) Wold, Jerry (Brenda) Wold, Rick (LeeAnn) Wold; daughter, Denise (Tim) Brown; stepchildren, Betty Lou Colins, Jodene Anderson, Tina (Gabe) Schaefer, and Lawrence (Carla Schroeder) Colins; grandchildren, Justin (Liz Buroker) Wold, Jason (Rachel) Wold, Jennifer Davis, Christopher (Ryan) Wold, Charles (Kari) Wold, Raymond (Alexandra) Wold, Matthew (Josh) Dalbec, Tracie (Eric) Albrightson, Kent (Taylor) Wold and Kendall (Sterling Marlett) Wold; step-grandchildren, Shannon Rands, Sherie Davidshofer, Allyn Davidshofer, Ashley (Christopher Gilles) Robbins, Joshua (Shana) Robbins, Leah Colins, and Molly (Mitchell) Hemann; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Logan, Ethan, Logan, Colt, Nash, Wilsey, Karson, Blakely, Evelynn, and Eloise; step-great-grandchildren, Jamie, Nathan, Chloe, Makayla, Melissa, Carter, Allyn, Jr, Jason, Wyatt, Brock, Maverick, Martin, Piper and Dirk.
The Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Pederson Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Justin Arnold will be officiating. The interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
In Darlene's honor, the family suggests you wear your favorite Brewers attire.
