Not sure what to say?

Dear Marsha, I was so saddened to hear of Darrel’s passing. I always enjoyed his smile and gentle soul. Peace to you and the kids.

I met Darrel when I was on the board for CAC, Voices of Courage. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his care for traumatized children. And the last few years we became neighbors . The community has lost a dedicated servant.

Vince and I met Darrel and Marsha the year we bought our condo in Sun City West AZ 4 years ago and became best friends instantly.
Since that time, as soon as we all arrive in SCW , we are inseparable.
We shared meals and many, many games of cards and spent our days at the pool or playing Bocci and mini golf. Friday was designated as Margarita Friday followed by a night of dancing at the Lizard Lounge.
We visited them in St. Jo and took a side trip to Branson and had the time of...

What a wonderful man he was. I remember such fun when we were all younger. May your memories comfort you at this time of sorrow.

So sorry for your loss. Keeping your Family in my thoughts and prayers.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
I was so sorry to hear of Darrel’s passing. We have known each other for a long time and have many happy memories to share! Please let me know if I can do anything to make this any easier for you!
I will be saying prayers for you and your family!
With Gods love to you and your family!

Darrel served honorably with our Mobile Riverine Force in Vietnam. It is so sad to hear of his sudden passing. Please accept our condolences and do keep the "Good Times" on the forefront as we are sure there were many. We placed Darrel in our TAPs section on our mrfa.org website under "Fallen Brothers". Rest in peace until the Resurrection Friend and Brother!

So old friend, called home first. For 30 years you provided the other half of the laughter. Born 10 days apart we celebrated our birthdays together for decades. Once an old woman hobbled over and said "Your laughter intertwines in the air, it is the sound of joy." Of all the places we laughed, somehow the mid Missouri River valley in autumn lingers. Old friend, brother, get us a table with a view on an October patio. Go ahead and order a good bottle of Norton. I´m a slow old man these days...
