Born in Yuma, CO. on 08/20/1931
Passed away on 06/08/2024 in Broomfield, CO.
Darrel is survived by two daughters. Darrilyn J. Lewis and Davona S. Roat; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Wells and Beverly Kinard. He is proceeded in death by his wives Myrna and Barbara. He served in the navy and then became a Denver Police Officer. He will be missed by an extensive family and many friends. He will be remembered for his kind heart as well as his hard work ethic and service to others. Darrel loved to sing and dance.
Visitation Monday, 07/01/24, 12:00-2:00 pm, Funeral Service Tuesday, 07/02/24, 11:00 am, both at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227. Interment 12:30 pm, Fort Logan National Cemetery.
