Darrell Joseph (Pork) Klister, 81, of Wrightstown, WI, passed away on March 5, 2025. Born on March 4, 1944 to Norbert and Angenie (Cornelissen) Klister, Darrell lived a life filled with passion for dairy farming and had a selflessness, caring nature. He was a life-long learner, teaching himself mechanical knowledge and took pride in his skills and sharing his knowledge with others.

Pork was an avid gun enthusiast and collector. He enjoyed playing cards and hosting lively summer corn roasts at his home and farm, where he welcomed friends and family for visits. His compassion for his family was evident, and in addition to being a father figure to his nieces and nephews, he was always ensuring the needs of others were met.

Survivors include Carol Vande Hey (Keith Schmidt), Stub (Annette) Eiting, Dave (Laurie) Eiting, Brian (Cindy) Klister, Jason La Brec; dear friends Ron and Gail La Brec; brother-in-law Roger (Judy) Eiting and Lucy Klister; great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many other cherished family members.

Preceded in death by his parents, Norbert and Angenie; siblings: Janice Eiting, Marlyn Klister, Kenny Klister and Yvonne La Brec; nephew Dan (Judy) Eiting.

Family and friends may visit at the Cotter Family Gathering Center, 518 Meadow Lane, Wrightstown, on Saturday, March 15, from 9:00am until the time of service at 11:30am. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery at a later date.

Our family would like to thank the caregivers at Unity Hospice for their assistance and friendship.
