Darrell Keith Wilder, age 65, of Burlington, KY passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25, 2023. Darrell worked in the gaming industry dealing blackjack and in surveillance for over 25 years. He enjoyed taking vacations, golfing, fishing, coaching knothole baseball and spending time with family. He loved his Woods family dearly and they loved him just as much.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary (Woods) Wilder; children DJ Wilder (Jennifer) and Katy Wilder (Jason Rohlman); grandson Aiden Wilder; siblings, Don (Butch) Wilder (Lisa), Geneva Mullikin (Bill), Anita Burns (George), Larry Wilder (Carol). Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Wilder and Wanda Monhollen Wilder.
Visitation will be held at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017) on Friday, March 3, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow at Saint Anthony Church at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society (P.O. Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741). Online condolences can be made at www.middendorf-funeralhome.com
