On March 13, 1982, Darren married his beloved wife, Francene Clark, in Franklin, Texas. Their union was one filled with love and companionship, a partnership that enriched their lives and the lives of those around them. The heartache of her passing leaves a significant void in the lives of those who loved her.
Darren was a man of many interests, enjoying the pleasures of golfing, fishing, and watching sports. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family and friends. He truly cherished the moments shared with his loved ones, creating lasting memories that will continue to resonate within their hearts.
He is survived by his daughters, Julie Ruiz and her husband Alex of Crowley, Texas, and Nicole Fudge and her husband Matt of Amarillo, Texas; his son, Darren Clark Jr. and his wife Bertha of Crowley, Texas; and his brother, Dane Clark of Fort Worth, Texas. Darren also took immense pride in being a grandfather to his cherished grandchildren: Elizabeth, Darren III, Nate, Alex Jr., Evelyn, Ella, Brooke and Zack.
Darren Clark Sr. will be remembered not only for his contributions to education but also for his unwavering dedication to his family and friends. His legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched.
