Darren, came to my financial center to help our team. He later wanted to transfer and stay permanently because he was happier there. I was honored as Darren´s new Leader. Everyday, Darren wore a suit and a smile. I never seen him sad, angry or stressed. He was the coolest guy I ever met. He had a walk to him like he was floating and he made the team smile. You were a bright light to our workplace. Something we hadn´t seen in a while. I was on leave when I heard the news. I was devastated bc I remember the last time I spoke to him. I didn´t know that would be the last time I would see him.
It´s truly incredible how someone can touch the lives of people we only knew him for a month and that positive impact he had on us is remarkable.
Darren, thank you for everything. Your memory will always live with me and the team. We miss you and we send our deepest condolences to the Lamb family. We miss you Darren. Thanks again.
