Darren Pitzer Obituary
The son of Donald Pitzer and Susan (Copley) Pitzer, he was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He lived in several states and eventually came to reside in Oregon, where his father Donald Pitzer lived and passed away in 2008.
Darren was a wonderful son and brother. He had a deep love of nature, animals, and learning new things. He is survived by his mother, Susan Copley, who was an extremely important part of his life, whom he kept in touch with regularly in South Florida, as well as his two brothers, Anthony Dylan Varas, and Michael Varas.
He was a nephew to Tim and Deb Pitzer whom he loved fondly. Darren was a kind human being, a devoted friend, and a pillar of strength and reliability for anyone that needed help. Darren loved spending time with his friends and family.
He will be sorely missed and will live in our hearts forever.
There will be a 2:00pm service at Fisher Funeral Home on Wednesday September 3, 2025.
