Darwyne Girard Obituary
Darwyne is survived by his dear wife, Doris, of 70 years; daughter, Kathleen Vander Schaaf; son, Kevin (Pat) Girard; daughter, Jolene (Randy) Knowles; grandchildren Christine (Jose) Gonzalez, Eric Rhodes, Kim Matroni, Duane (Sara) Girard, Keith (Savannah) Girard, Karen (Brandon) Girard, Kelly (Joe) Johnson; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sisters Diana Girard and Dulia (Arlin) Potocnik.
Darwyne was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Laura Girard; son-in-law David Vander Schaaf; granddaughter, Cynthia Rhodes; and sisters, Donna Zinns and Darlene Lampman.
Darwyne was dearly loved and will be missed by so many. He touched the lives of numerous people over the years with his kindness and gentleness. His love for God was evident in everything he did. We are thankful that we know without a doubt that he is now in Heaven with Jesus fully healed.
Funeral Services will take place at 200 PM on Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN. A Visitation will take place one hour prior to services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
