Daryl Montgomery Obituary
Daryl Ray Montgomery, 57 of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Born on December 2, 1967 in Columbia, SC, Daryl was a son of the late Charlotte Montgomery (Tumlinson) and Gary Montgomery.
In addition to his wife Alyssa Montgomery (Amick), Daryl is survived by his siblings Garynd Nina Montgomery Jr, Deanna Montgomery, Sister-in-law Kim Branon, Brother-in-law Robert Branon, and his son, Gizzy (Scoob) Montgomery. He loved our only son. They were together all of the time, and loved each other so much.
Always compassionate and funny, Daryl was also an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing. Daryl was also a part of the Oxford House, Columbia, and we like to credit that to saving his life and, helping to keep him sober for 8 years.
Daryl had unbelievable strength, and unwavering faith in God.
