Daryl "Dewey" Weaver

Daryl "Dewey" Weaver was a resident of Gonzales. Dewey's life came to an end on Wednesday, September 7th at his mother's home. Dewey was 37 years old, a painter by trade, and very proud of it! He was "Good" at his profession.
Dewey loved Life, His Family, and his Friends especially his Momma and his children.
Growing up, he was our red headed all American boy that was fun loving and the center of everyone's attention. We referred to him as "Dew Boy". He was wonderful with all the kids in our family through out the years, and there are so many memories that was created with him. He loved everyone, and we all loved him.
Dewey is survived by his mother Charlotte Weaver, his sister Amanda Weaver, daughter Kaylee Weaver, son Daryl Schexnaydre, grandfather Lee "Tokey" Avants, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dewey was preceded in death by his granddaughter Na'vana Bleux, his father Daryl Weaver Sr., paternal grandparents Vera Reeves and Bennie Weaver Sr., maternal grandmother Hazel Avants.
Services will be held at the Church International of St Amant on Friday, September 23rd visitation will be held from 10 am until service begins at 11:00 am.
We will miss our Dewey! You will be forever in our hearts!
