Dave Wallace

Dave Wallace of Orlando, FL passed away peacefully at Advent Health Hospice Unit on June 27, 2024, after several years battling Alzheimer's. He was 89 years old. His birthday is August 29, 1934, He was born in Miami, Florida to Pat & Spencer Wallace but spent most of his adult life in the Lake City, Tampa, and Orlando areas. He was an insurance agent and helped to build and remodel churches in Georgia and Florida.
He is survived by Nita, his spouse of 64 years. He is also survived by his grandson his granddaughter, great granddaughter, daughters-in-laws, adopted son, adopted grandson, one brother and two sisters, two sisters- in-law, several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his only daughters, Juanita, only son Carl, an older brother, two older sisters, and his parents.
Most of his friends have already made the transition to the beautiful city in Heaven and are waiting to welcome him home." They have fought the fight and finished the Course!"
A celebration of Life Will be held on Sat., September 7, 2024, at DeGusipe Funeral Home, at 1PM. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow the service at the place provided by the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Advent Health in Altamonte Springs, FL. We, the family, went to give a big thank you' to Advent Health doctors, nurses, and Hospice for their dedication to our loved on One, Dave during this journey.
