Joy and Callie, so sorry to hear of your loss of a wonderful husband and father. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

We were so sad to hear about David. David was a very big part of my childhood, as were my Aunt Wanda, Uncle Fred and Tony. I tried to keep-up with his life and family through the years, but gets very hard as the years go by. I have always thought of and Loved David. Unfortunately the only time I got to see him was when our family lost another loved one. You will be missed by all your McNeeley cousins, but will be having a beautiful reunion with your baby daughter, Mom and Dad. So sorry for your loss Joy and Callie. May the Lord Comfort you,

I learned so much under his leadership!! DCS Juvenile Justice Teams were blessed with an amazing leader for many years and he will forever be remembered!!

Worked with David for over five years, he was true leader and a blessing to all that knew him. He believed in humanity, rare quality, such a kind and genuine spirit.

I'm so very sad to hear of David's passing. I grew up in Central City with David and we graduated in the class of 68 together. Tony my thoughts and prayers are with you and with David's wife and daughter. David was one of the 'good' guys and he will be missed.
