We were so sad to hear about David. David was a very big part of my childhood, as were my Aunt Wanda, Uncle Fred and Tony. I tried to keep-up with his life and family through the years, but gets very hard as the years go by. I have always thought of and Loved David. Unfortunately the only time I got to see him was when our family lost another loved one. You will be missed by all your McNeeley cousins, but will be having a beautiful reunion with your baby daughter, Mom and Dad. So sorry for your loss Joy and Callie. May the Lord Comfort you,

Mrs. Amanda and Callie, Please know you are in my prayers and thoughts during this time!! David was an AWESOME mentor and supervisor, as well as, a GREAT person!! I learned so much under his leadership!! DCS Juvenile Justice Teams were blessed with an amazing leader for many years and he will forever be remembered!!
