David Allen Lee Pointer Obituary
He was born July 22, 1994 in Cartersville, Georgia to Mr. Roger Ivey Dale Pointer, I and Mrs. Laura Jo Cox Pointer. He worked for U.S. Traffic Control as a Foreman in Traffic Control. He also has worked for years as a vault installer. Having worked for Camp's Grave Service and Lindley Grave Service. He was a loving father, son and brother.
David was preceded in death by: daughter, Kalie Nevaeh Parker; Grandmother, Gracie Pointer.
He is survived by: Sons, Greysin Wyatt Pointer and Granger Lee Pointer; Father, Ivey Pointer (Shelly); Mother, Laura Gravett; Brother, Roger Ivey Dale Pointer, II and Houston Cheyenne Dakota Pointer; Special Niece, Angel Moss; Nephews, Leilan Pointer, Laiken Smith and Wesley Smith.
Funeral Service for Mr. David Pointer will be held Sunday, August 11, 2024, 2 00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home. Pastor Daniel Cain will officiate. J.T. Camp will give the eulogy. Interment will follow at Piney Woods Baptist Church Cemtery in Bremen, Georgia (Haralson County).
Pallbearers will be: Donald Smith, Nick McCullough, Kevin Adams, Devin Haywood, Rudy Smith, Eric Sewell, Ray Corn; Honorary Pallbearers, Danny Taylor, Randall Henderson and Spencer Pierce.
Visitation for Mr. Pointer will be Saturday, August 10, 2024, 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. and Sunday, August 11, 2024, 12:00 - 2:00 P.M.
