Mr. David "Randal" Allen, age 39, of Hartwell, Georgia, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, December 28, 2025. He was surrounded by those who loved him. Born on January 21, 1986, in Atlanta, Georgia, Randal was the son of the late David Allen and his mother, Connie (Williams) Allen.
Randal had a deep love for Southern gospel music, especially the timeless songs sung by Elvis Presley. He also enjoyed playing ball, watching TV, and spending time with family and friends. Despite facing many challenges in his life, Randal's warm and infectious smile could light up any room. His kindness, even in silence, spoke volumes to those who knew him.
Although Randal's words were few, the simplicity of "Mom" and "I Love You" were the words he expressed most clearly, and they left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of those who heard them.
He is survived by his loving mother, Connie Allen, and his cherished sisters: Tonya Gibson, Ashley Allen (David Hamilton), and Taylor Bocanegra (Mario), as well as nine other siblings. He is also survived by his nephews, Zach Dorsey, Zaiden Bocanegra, and Xavier Bocanegra, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor and remember the life of this gentle soul. No formal services are scheduled at this time.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported them throughout this time.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA.
