Mr. Altemeyer is survived by his wife, Cindy Altemeyer; children, Katlyn Altemeyer, Eric Altemeyer, and Chaslyn Altemeyer; his mother, Marilyn Murillo (Albert); and his sister, Salle Conlin (Brian).
