David Bailey Obituary
David, also known as Pop Pop, was a retired Navy Chief Electronics Technician and was a recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal. He also retired from a Nuclear Power Plant in Texas with 20 years of service before retiring from Norfolk Naval Shipyard with 15 years of service.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Francoise Maurugeon Bailey; three daughters Shawnalee Bailey, Jennefer Ambrose (Joseph) and Julie Bartley (Chuck Worley); a son, Phillip Wayne Bailey; a sister, Judy Steinburg; and five grandchildren.
Services will be private.
