Can't believe he was 70 yrs old. We had a few short conversations. He liked being in Puerto Rico and I think he mentioned having visited the Island in his younger days many years ago on a surfing trip. Thanks for your help and expertise in the recovery of PR. Rest in peace.

I worked with Dave in PR. This guy had a huge heart, loads of passion, and was the most knowledgeable guy at the recovery. Some of my fondest memories there were hanging out with him and shooting the bull at the JRO smoking table. He was an awesome guy. My deepest condolences to his family.
