"A life well lived, a heart well loved, a legacy that will never fade."

David Dewayne Bourque, Sr., 72, of Alvin, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, at UTMB Clear Lake, surrounded by his loving family. David was born on December 16, 1952, in Lovington, New Mexico, and later attended Ocean Springs High School in Mississippi. He lived a life full of love, laughter, and devotion to the people who meant the most to him. He found his greatest joy in spending time with family-whether gathered around the table, out on the golf course, fishing on a quiet morning, or cheering on his beloved New Orleans Saints every Sunday.

He retired as a Pipe Superintendent from Saulsbury Industries, where he was known as "Bulldog"-a nickname that reflected his strong work ethic, determination, and leadership throughout his years in the plant industry. Throughout his life, David shared an unbreakable friendship with Ravann Dodd, his lifelong best friend. The two shared countless memories, laughter, and adventures together-an enduring bond built on loyalty, trust, and genuine brotherhood.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Joseph Curly Bourque senior , Mae Lizzy Desormeax, and siblings Joseph curly Bourque jr , John earl Bourque Sr, Rene Waller , Jeffery Bourque Sr , James Micheal Bourque Sr , and then survived by in order , Beverly Saucier, Kenneth Bourque Sr , Margarite Marie (Mimi) Holland

David is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Bourque, and their children, David and Dana Bourque, and Ashley and Brandon Parenti. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Taylor and Laddie Byers and their children, Sophia and Sylvia Byers; Parker and Heather Bourque and their children, Jonah, Amelia, and Adalynn Bourque; as well as Skyler Bowen, Lindsey Jones, and Mikayla Womack.

David will be remembered for his strong and caring heart, easy smile, and unwavering love for his family and friends. He leaves behind countless memories that will continue to bring comfort and inspiration to those who knew and loved him.

Forever loved, never forgotten.
