Tony was a devoted life partner to Belinda, a loving son to Betty, a caring father to his sons, David and Jonathan, devoted brother to Allen and a loving friend to his bonus family, Laura and Nick.
As an experienced massage therapist, Tony was instrumental in developing massage therapy as a licensed profession. He loved working with his patients while helping them develop a healthy lifestyle. In addition, he had many years' experiences working, in conjunction with his father, at Bowles Chiropractic. Tony always had a smile on his face, he never met a stranger and touched many lives with his caring and gentle nature. He was also a genuine friend to many and will be truly missed by all.
Tony was a lifelong member of Audubon Park United Methodist Church and a 1978 graduate of Durrett High School. Tony was an avid golfer and a member of Woodhaven Country Club where he was an integral member of the Circle of Friends.
Left to cherish his memory, his life partner, Belinda Stigler Love; Mother, Betty L. Allen Bowles; Brother, Allen (Leanne) Bowles; Sons, David Bowles & Jonathan Bowles; Nephews, Brandon (Emily) Bowles, Parker Bowles; Niece, Emily (Justin) Meade; & Laura & Nick Flynn.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 29th, 2024, 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 30th, 2024, 12:00 P.M., at Highlands Funeral Home, with burial immediately following the services at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40205.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be direct to Audubon Park United Methodist Church, 3200 Poplar Level Rd, Louisville, KY 40213.

I just found out Tony had passed. He was such a caring, kind person who looked out for anyone who may or may not need it. He always supported anyone he could and especially people he cared about. He gave me lots of gifts of happiness in life, showed how much he loved, spoke so highly of his sons and lovely lady Belinda as well as his brother and parents. He will be greatly missed, such an amazing, thoughtful, caring teacher. Sleep well Tony. You are loved. And I am grateful to have known you. You will be missed.
