David Brian Culler

1960 - 2026

David Brian Culler formally of Thurmont, MD. passed away February 17,2026 at Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. David was born March 12,1960 in Gettysburg, PA. He was the son of DR. Richard D. Culler and Nellie Catherine Long Culler. David spent most of his childhood in Thurmont which he loved. His favorite thing was helping out at the fire hall. David moved from Thurmont to Gulfport, FL where he worked for the town and retired after 20 yrs. He most recently worked delivering much needed blood over a wide area of Florida. David was preceded in death by his father Dr. Richard D Culler and nephew Jesse Culler. He is survived by his mother Nellie Catherine Long Culler, Brothers Dwight Culler and wife Debbie, Keith Culler, nephew Josh Culler and wife Kelli, Great nephew Logan Culler and Aunt Virginia Long Fleming.
