David Cady Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur V. and Lylian Cady.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Mary Jane Cady; sons, Robert L. (Kelly) Dunn and Timothy (Tracy) Dunn; grandchildren, Kori, Meagan, Hannah, Brooklyn, Nicole, Cara, Ty, Anthony, Lexi, Angela and Ryan David; god-daughter, Amy Dunn; brother, Thomas (Linda) Cady; sister, Kathy (Arthur) McGee; sisters-in-law, Jewel Lawson and Beverly Mims; special friends, Robin Dunn and Danielle Bellarose; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Rock of Refuge Church with the Rev. Jeff Wells officiating. The family will hold a private entombment.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Noah's Ark or Rock of Refuge Church.

Mary, I remember the first time I met Dave was at Sharon's valentines party. Dave was out on the front porch smoking when I went outside, so I got a cigarette out and he lit it for me, we started talking and he was a very polite and gracious man. Everytime I saw him, he always spoke and asked "How are you doing". He will be sadly missed, but remember he is not gone, he is just away. God bless you and your family, I pray God will give you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

You are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. We have many fond memories of Dave's visits and the wonderful talks we had together. When I mowed yesterday, I missed seeing him sitting on his deck watching me and his walking over to talk to me. We are praying for you.
