David M. Chabala

I worked with David Chabala and he was a great person. A great manager, where every morning he was the happiest person to greet you. I will miss him so much, I worked with him in our old Krogers where he always gave me some hugs, and when I transferred, he’ll always come to buy somethings at my new store, I always ask him “ How are you doing? How’s the family? “ every time he was buying diapers and wipes for his kids. Rest in peace, sending a prayer for the family as well.

Heartfelt condolences to David's family and friends. Without knowing him well, his warmth, smile, kindness and laughter, during the times our paths at work would cross here and there over the years, are warmly remembered. Love and prayers to his family during this difficult time.

I worked with David at kroger .He was the nicest guy u could meet.He always had a smile on his face and was so happy.I am so heartbroken about his passing.Praying for peace for the family.

This is such a shock especially for someone that loved to show pictures of his kids and the spur of the moment things he would do for them. You were my manager for a solid one year we transferred to district 9 together on the same day. I even appreciated your call when you needed help for your standards walk and it seems ironic I called you on accident thinking you were my cousin David who lost his father a month prior. If the Holy Spirit had of talked to me I definitely would have talked to you a little longer. Your OCD will be greatly missed as annoying as it was, but you had 467 looking good and had a great team behind you. Rest easy Chabala you will be greatly missed by many.
