Passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Cumberland Medical Center.
Family will receive friends on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 12 Noon until 3 PM at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. Military service and burial will follow in the Storie Cemetery
He is survived by:
Children: Bridgette Wilson and husband Justin, David W. Choate and wife Ashley, Cayce McCloud and husband RJ.
Grandchildren: Ashlynn, Savana, Grace, James, Mya, Emma
Brother: Wayne Choate and wife Wanda
Niece: Brittany
A host of other family and friends
He was preceded in death by:
Wife: Teresa Choate
Parents: Ralph and Rosie Choate
