David A. "Dave" Class

David A. "Dave" Class, age 80, of Marysville, passed away on Saturday evening, February 14, 2026, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

Born on November 3, 1945, in Greenville, OH, Dave was the son of the late Bernard W. Class and Verda (Wright) Hartle. On September 14, 1963, he married the love of his life, Sanda S. "Sandy" Mann, and together they shared 62 wonderful years of marriage.

Dave was a lifelong farmer who managed Conklin Dairy Farms for many years. He also hauled livestock for them before beginning a career with Clark Trucking, from which he retired after more than 20 years. Known for his strong work ethic, Dave was someone you could always count on.

When he wasn't working, Dave found joy outdoors mowing the lawn, riding around on his John Deere Gator, and tinkering in the barn. He raised rabbits for many years, cherished fishing trips to Michigan, enjoyed listening to old country music, and was rarely seen without a Diet Mountain Dew in hand. Above all else, Dave treasured his family and the time he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dave will be missed by his wife, Sandy Class; children: Todd (Lisa) Class, Michelle (Chris) Blessing, Tonja (Scott) Gregory, Scott (Stacy) Class; grandchildren: Brandy, Wes, Colt, Brittani, Logan, Harlie, Samantha, Hailey, Jacie; numerous great grandchildren; and siblings, Roger Class and Phyllis Holsinger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Jr. Class, Jean Class, Helen Stephan, Bobby Class and Linda Anderson.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home, 975 N. Maple St., Marysville, where funeral services to honor and celebrate Dave's life will begin at 1 p.m. with Pastor Roger Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Watkins Cemetery. The family requests that those in attendance please dress casually and comfortably.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dave's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Heart Association.
