Ahhh. I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to Peggy and their family. I met Dave maybe about two-three years ago. He always carried a warm air about him. Truly a genuine folk. He was amazing in his will to sing whatever he wanted in karaoke and make it his own. He could sing old show tunes like no tomorrow. However, he would also tackle any song across the genres of music. You never knew what he was singing till he did.
I remember one night he sang the famous tune from Man of La Mancha, to Dream the Impossible Dream....Then, his next turn he sings the Safety Dance from Men Without Hats! Rest in Peace my friend. I will truly miss you sir.
