David Corey Obituary
David Keith Corey was born November 30, 1977 in Lumberton, North Carolina. He departed this life on March 10, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. David enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, fishing, cooking, and basketball. He was a hard working man who enjoyed construction, which he showed through hard work and dedication on the job everyday.
David is survived by his parents: Thomas and Cary Walton of Elizabethtown, NC; two daughters: Dakota Johnson (Zac) of Elizabethtown, NC and Taylor West (Damion) of Moneta, VA; and five grandchildren: James Johnson, Axel Johnson, Ayrabella Johnson, Delilah West, and Walker West; as well as a multitude of loving family members.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service for David on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 3pm, at McNeill Legacy Funeral Home, 319 W Broad St, St. Pauls, NC 28384.
